A real-time order management web application developed for a local food restaurant. The system allows guests to browse the menu and order directly from their phone, while staff tracks and manages orders through a Kanban admin panel with drag-and-drop functionality.

Built on a React/Firebase stack with real-time synchronization — every new order instantly appears in the admin panel without page refresh. The Kanban board organizes orders by status (new, in progress, ready, delivered), giving staff a clear overview of the entire workflow.
